Cake Flavors and Prices

Enchanted Cakes start at $100. All cakes are $5.00 per serving. This includes everything but delivery. You can choose buttercream, or ganache, or fondant icing. You may choose any filling. On tiered cakes, there is no charge to have more than one flavor of cake. On very elaborate cakes, there may be an additional decorating charge.

These are my most popular flavors:

Sour Cream Vanilla Bean...very moist, with a rich vanilla perfume. Call me crazy, but I actually MAKE MY OWN VANILLA. Look for the little brown dots: they are real vanilla seeds!

Caramel...a vanilla cake made with brown sugar for a delious flavor.

Sour Cream Chocolate...unlike any other cake you have ever tasted! This is the best and most seductive chocolate cake in the world. Very rich and sophisticated, with several flavor notes. This cake has won multiple competitions.

3 Stage Lemon...actually the same recipe as my vanilla cake, but before I start I grind the zest of several lemons into the sugar. This gives the layers a very delicate lemon flavor. Then I crumb coat the layers with a very tart lemon glaze. Finally, I fill the cake with a delicious Lemon filling that does not need to be refridgerated. As you eat this cake, you keep getting little bursts of lemon flavor, hence the name.

Pink Lemonade...lemon with a hint of raspberry, lovely when cut, delicious and refreshing! The essence of summer. I'm not sure why, but people LOVE a pink cake!

Coconut Supreme...this cake is the last word in coconut cakes. I make it earlier in the week than my other cakes, as it gets better as the cake rests.

Red Velvet...A family heirloom from Savannah, one of my Bride's gave this to me. A cross between a butter cake and a pound cake--- really delicious.

Pumpkin Spice...exceptionally moist! Nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, clove, cardamom, and even a little pepper make this a memorable cake.

24 Carrot...everything you expect in a carrot cake, plus optional mix ins of raisins, pineapple, or pecans.

Cupcakes are $5 each for an elegant icing swirl, a blossom, an initial, or whatever decorative element you like.
